Part Time ICU Nurse - Nights

About the role

Provides direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, following nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care by educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Participates in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while engaging in ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with collaborative input, ensuring effective communication across care teams.
• Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, cultural, spiritual, and other specific needs.
• Contributes to a safe and healing environment, maintaining compliance with standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.
• Experience: No experience required; 2+ years preferred.
