About the Role

This position is for a registered nurse providing direct patient care in a critical care setting, including general medical-surgical, coronary, and neuro-intensive units. The role emphasizes professional development, leadership, and service excellence in a safety-sensitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within established standards.
• Promote patient and family-centered care.
• Educate patients and families on illness management.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and document individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and communicate across the care continuum.

Requirements

• Valid RN license.
• Associate’s or higher nursing degree (bachelor’s degree preferred).
• No prior experience necessary, though less than two years of experience is preferred.
