Part-Time Ice Arena Attendant

Job Summary

To inspire and prepare each and every scholar with the confidence, courage and competence to achieve their dreams; contribute to community; and engage in a lifetime of learning by performing custodial, maintenance, and ice care duties at the ice arena to ensure a clean, safe, and operational facility for all users.

Responsibilities

• Must learn to operate Zamboni to prepare and maintain ice surfaces
• Clean restrooms, lobby, bleachers, and promptly address spills
• Maintain exterior grounds, including shoveling snow and removing trash or debris
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Ability to safely operate a Zamboni (training may be provided)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Pay & Schedule

• Salary: Class 1; view salary grid on the respective bargaining unit listed above, accessible via our Employee Contracts page
