Key Responsibilities

  • Coach managers and drive adoption of standardized HR practices

Qualifications

  • Senior HR leadership experience (Director, VP, or CHRO level)
  • Expertise in employee relations, compliance, and risk mitigation
  • Prominent track record building HR processes from the ground up
  • Experience supporting decentralized or multi-location workforces
