- Build structured onboarding and leadership development programs
- Lead strategic HR initiatives with defined deliverables and timelines
- Coach managers and drive adoption of standardized HR practices
Qualifications
- Senior HR leadership experience (Director, VP, or CHRO level)
- Expertise in employee relations, compliance, and risk mitigation
- Prominent track record building HR processes from the ground up
- Experience supporting decentralized or multi-location workforces
