Position Details
Part-Time Position
Flexible schedule (approximately 20–25 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Prepare bi-weekly payroll for submission, including time tracking and deductions
- Aid in onboarding new employees, including document collection and orientation setup
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with documentation standards
- Support insurance and benefits administration, including monthly updates and audit preparation
- Aid in HR reporting, documentation, and internal communication
- Aid in recruiting and employee support, including job postings, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and support for employee engagement and company culture initiatives
- Provide administrative support for HR compliance and documentation
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in administrative or HR support roles
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll platforms (such as Rippling or similar systems)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Excellent communication and time management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting HR functions, such as onboarding or payroll
- Basic understanding of employment law and HR compliance
- Experience in construction, trades, or small business environments
