Role And Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage Players with enthusiasm, sharing the amenities and creating memorable experiences.
• Recommend food, beverages, and gaming options to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Collaborate seamlessly with team members to deliver exceptional service and resolve concerns with a positive attitude.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitized environment in compliance with safety standards.
• Uphold core values of fun, teamwork, excellence, courage, and caring in daily interactions.
• Assist with physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for extended periods, and engaging in active tasks throughout shifts.

Qualifications And Skills

• Experience serving food and beverages in hospitality or entertainment settings preferred.
