About the role

You will welcome and engage with players to create an exceptional experience at a fast-paced entertainment venue.

Responsibilities

• Recommend food, beverages, and gaming options to guests
• Take orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized bay
• Work seamlessly with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Promote safety, sanitation, and adherence to company core values: fun, teamwork, excellence, courage, and caring

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Focus on delivering excellent service
• Prior experience serving food and beverages in a hospitality or entertainment setting (preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move actively throughout shifts
