This individual will be responsible for assisting internal and external guests with questions, concerns and directions while on campus. Position Responsibilities Complete guest requests in a timely and efficient manner Demonstrate high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with guests, staff and management team while delivering the highest level of guest service Welcome guests upon arrival and provide courteous, professional service throughout Provide general knowledge of Academy’s offerings Prepare and verify completion of arrival packets for groups and individuals. Answer Academy general phone line and provide proper guest service to each guest Maintain Hospitality e-mail, responding in a timely, appropriate and professional manner Check guests in and out of all IMG Academy and IMG Performance programs Communicate with appropriate staff for various guest needs Assists with questions and/or problems pertaining to the students accommodations, programs and/or transportation Assists Transportation in arranging airport shuttles and organizing drivers Schedules campus tours Conducts daily inspection of Hospitality area, including the lobby, to ensure cleanliness and order. Coordinate with Student Services for the return of lost and found items Follows the prescribed opening and closing procedures Collaborate with supervisor regarding guest feedback Make all parent / employee /student IDs Meal tickets sales Conference room booking and confirmations and onsite room reservations Concierge service for onsite and visiting guests Revise schedule campus tours to Schedule and deliver campus tours Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills and Ability Associates degree or equivalent experience Comprehensive understanding and working knowledge reservation or booking appointments Excellent guest service skills Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills Demonstrated problem solving skills and good judgment Dependable, honest and exhibit a high degree of integrity Needs to be flexible to respond to change in task/responsibilities Ability to maintain confidential information Willingness and desire to work in a team environment with limited supervision Be well-groomed, well presented, courteous, and welcoming commensurate with 5-Star hotel/resort business Computer skills with the ability to learn new programs Preferred Skills Bachelor’s Degree Bilingual Background Requirements Requires a background check upon offer Requires a drug test upon offer This position requires a Florida Level 2 Background Screening.
