Part-Time Homecare Nurse

About the role

Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, monitor health status, administer treatments and medications, collaborate with families and care teams, and educate patients confidently. Focus on one patient at a time for a manageable, low-interruption environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized nursing care in patients' homes
• Monitor health status and respond to changes in patient condition
• Administer treatments and medications as prescribed
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health maintenance
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and family members
• Ensure patient safety and comfort in the home setting

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Preferred: 1+ year of nursing experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Schedule
