Part TIme Healthcare Marketing/Physician Relations Coordinator

Midwest Orthopaedic Consultants is seeking a personable, motivated Part time Marketing and Physician Relations Coordinator to help grow our orthopedic practice and strengthen relationships with local healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with primary care physicians, urgent care centers, physical therapy practices and other referral sources.
• Make regular in person visits to introduce our practice, provide information and build referral relationships.
• Coordinate physician and community outreach activities
• Help increase awareness of our orthopedic services throughout Orland Park, Oak Lawn and surrounding areas
• Assist with social media, patient reviews and basic marketing initiatives
• Track outreach activities and referral sources and provide regular updates to the practice

Requirements

• Professional, outgoing, organized and comfortable speaking with physicians, office managers and healthcare staff.
• Previous experience in healthcare marketing, physician relations, medical sales or working in an orthopedic practice is preferred.
• A reliable vehicle and willingness to travel locally between healthcare offices is required.
