About the role
The City of Coral Gables, Florida, seeks a Part-Time Guest Services Representative for the Coral Gables Adult Activity Center. The position is part-time and responsible for providing exceptional customer services to program and facility guests, including responding to needs and requests, answering phones, escorting guests, handling cash, preparing rooms for rentals, and assisting with special events.
Responsibilities
- Respond to the needs and requests of facility patrons
- Provide answers or solutions to concerns
- Answer multi-line phones
- Escort guests through the facility
- Handle cash
- Prepare and serve food
- Prepare rooms for rentals
- Aid with special events
Requirements
- A minimum of 17 years of age
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- One year of customer service experience desired
- Previous cash handling experience and certification in an approved first aid and CPR course preferred
