Part-Time Guest Services Representative

About the role

Motto by Hilton Bentonville is seeking a Part-Time Guest Services Representative to join our dynamic team. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating memorable guest experiences, and contributing to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out with outstanding service
• Respond to guest requests and concerns with urgency and empathy
• Process payments and update guest accounts
• Enter and update reservation information in the system
• Collaborate with other departments to communicate room availability and status
• Maintain the front desk ensuring cleanliness, welcome, and organization

Requirements

• Preferred 1 year of customer service experience
• At least 1 year of hotel experience or related degree
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to foster a productive team embodying P.E.A.C.H. values
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to navigate various departments of the organization's premises
