Guest Services Representative - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Greets and directs visitors and their families to their destination, and is a resource for information and guidance.
• Proactively assists guests with obtaining a wheelchair, provides general assistance, or accompanies them to their destination as appropriate.
• Maintains a safe and attractive environment within the facility and immediate property.
• Provides information/support to families of surgery patients.
• Notifies Security of any suspicious person or behavior, accident or circumstances that may cause damage or injury.
• Ensures department logs are up to date and accurate.
• Establishes and maintains efficient working relationships with supervisor, coworkers and the customers.
• Capable of multi-tasking and working in an environment where interruptions cannot be controlled.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum six months customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.
