Job Summary
This position is not a cyber-security position.
Shifts Available
- Saturday & Sunday, 7am to 7pm
- Saturday & Sunday, 7pm to 7am
Responsibilities
- Use open-source material to find, research, and assess information that could indicate a potential concern to the client, its employees, and its interests.
- Create detailed reports of physical security risk incidents using internal incident management reporting systems.
- Aid in the response to larger incidents that impact the client and develop protocols and practices to drive efficiency and manage crises.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies and develop best in class programs that drive sustainable effectiveness.
- Interact with all levels of corporation management, liaise internally and externally with a multitude of other departments and personnel.
- Write and publish physical security incident investigation reports to provide situational awareness and communicate risks to management.
- Execute day-to-day monitoring, incident detection, and reporting.
- Collect, evaluate, and disseminate situations and incidents relating to CCTV and Access control systems, at the GSOC level--to support the safety and security of client personnel, facilities and assets, business operations, and reputation.
- Contribute to procedures and processes to standardize and enhance risk management.
- Work closely with physical security officers and specialists.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years or more of GSOC Experience or equivalent (Emergency Call Center, Alarm Monitoring Center etc.).
- Well versed in current GSOC technologies such as ProWatch, Hakimo, ExacVision, Scylla AI or weapons-detection software, and radio-communications systems.
- Ability to attend training events that fall outside normal work hours.
- Competence with MS Office Suite and other database systems.
- Willingness to sign an NDA and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to quickly adapt and excel in dynamic situations.
- Ability to prepare written reports of incidents in the proper format and with correct grammar and spelling.
- Professional demeanor during stressful situations.
