We’re looking for a part-time Google & LinkedIn Ads Specialist to lead a focused multi-channel campaign for one of our new product launches. This is a short-term, project-based role to plan, execute, and manage high-performing campaigns across Google Search/Display and LinkedIn Ads, driving the right healthcare decision-makers to our dedicated landing pages.

XCaliber is building the first Agentic Digital Health Platform: enabling real-time decision-making and autonomous workflows. We deliver a virtual digital workforce powered by a seamless and connected platform that includes an Interoperability Gateway (out-of-the-box access to Epic, athena, Elation, eCW, and more), Healthcare Data Fabric, and Agentic Workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, possibly P-Max) and LinkedIn Ads to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Carry out keyword and audience research tailored to niche, high-intent B2B healthcare and AI segments.
  • Structure campaigns for efficiency, clarity, and alignment with our ICPs and product positioning.
  • Create, test, and refine ad copy and creatives (working with our design team for visuals).
  • Track and report on CTR, CPC, conversions, cost-per-lead, and other key metrics using Google Workspace tools.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns in real time — adjusting bids, refining targeting, and testing variations for improved performance.
  • Advise on landing page alignment to improve quality scores and conversion rates.
  • Provide clear walkthroughs and campaign reviews for the internal team, explaining strategic and tactical decisions asynchronously.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience running Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads for B2B products; healthcare, SaaS, or technical audiences strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to design and manage multi-channel campaigns that work in parallel toward common goals.
  • Strong grasp of keyword strategy, audience segmentation, and A/B testing for low-volume, high-intent B2B markets.
  • Skilled in campaign structuring for multiple ICPs and product lines.
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace for reporting, collaboration, and documentation.
  • Clear communicator, organized thinker, and collaborative problem-solver.
  • Willing to explain the "why" behind campaign decisions to help upskill our internal team.
  • Experience with B2B healthcare or healthtech campaigns.
  • Familiarity with compliance considerations in healthcare advertising (HIPAA, PHI, etc.).
  • Experience coordinating with design teams to create ad assets that convert.

  • Lower CPLs and higher CTRs over time.
  • Clear, actionable insights into what’s working and why.
  • The internal team develops greater confidence and fluency in paid media strategy.
