Part Time Front Desk/Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Play a vital role in welcoming prospective members, introducing them to the Club Pilates experience, and helping them find the membership that best fits their goals.
• Create meaningful relationships, build an outstanding client experience, and contribute directly to the growth and success of the studio.
• Foster the warm, supportive community that makes Club Pilates Hermosa Beach such a special place for our members.
• Generate new memberships through lead follow-up, consultations, and closing sales.
• Conduct engaging studio tours tailored to each prospective member's goals and interests.
• Build relationships with prospects and members that create long-term loyalty.
• Complete a minimum of 100 daily outreach activities (calls, texts, emails, and follow-ups).
• Schedule high-quality appointments through proactive prospect engagement.
• Maintain and exceed personal sales goals for memberships, retail, private training, and Teacher Training programs.
• Deliver an exceptional member experience from first inquiry through ongoing support.
• Represent Club Pilates at community events, health fairs, grand openings, races, hospital events, and local partnerships.

Requirements

• Previous fitness studio, boutique fitness, or retail sales experience.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• A passion for health, wellness, and helping others.
• Confidence closing sales and achieving performance goals.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and note-taking.
• Ability to learn and utilize the ClubReady software system.
• Proficiency with computers and common business software.
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal, phone, and email communication.
• The ability to stand or sit for extended periods throughout an 8-hour shift.
• A positive, energetic, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
