Responsibilities
- Play a vital role in welcoming prospective members, introducing them to the Club Pilates experience, and helping them find the membership that best fits their goals.
- Create meaningful relationships, build an outstanding client experience, and contribute directly to the growth and success of the studio.
- Foster the warm, supportive community that makes Club Pilates Hermosa Beach such a special place for our members.
- Generate new memberships through lead follow-up, consultations, and closing sales.
- Conduct engaging studio tours tailored to each prospective member's goals and interests.
- Build relationships with prospects and members that create long-term loyalty.
- Complete a minimum of 100 daily outreach activities (calls, texts, emails, and follow-ups).
- Schedule high-quality appointments through proactive prospect engagement.
- Maintain and exceed personal sales goals for memberships, retail, private training, and Teacher Training programs.
- Deliver an exceptional member experience from first inquiry through ongoing support.
- Represent Club Pilates at community events, health fairs, grand openings, races, hospital events, and local partnerships.
Requirements
- Previous fitness studio, boutique fitness, or retail sales experience.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- A passion for health, wellness, and helping others.
- Confidence closing sales and achieving performance goals.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and note-taking.
- Ability to learn and utilize the ClubReady software system.
- Proficiency with computers and common business software.
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal, phone, and email communication.
- The ability to stand or sit for extended periods throughout an 8-hour shift.
- A positive, energetic, team-oriented attitude.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar role preferred but not required.

- Knowledge of fitness industry and its products/services.
