Part-TIme Front Desk / Member Experience Associate
About the Role
A SPENGA sales front desk employee is a positive, energetic, and efficient individual who warmly welcomes and takes care of members. As a SPENGA ambassador, you’ll promote, sell, and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, is warm, engaging, emotionally intelligent, and able to build trust, create excitement, and deliver SPENGA hospitality to members and help new guests feel comfortable taking the first step toward their fitness goals.
Responsibilities
- Sell memberships and retail
- Meet and exceed sales and retention expectations
- Retain and increase client participation
- Set up and reset studio equipment before and after classes
- Maintain a clean facility
Qualifications
- Strong leadership abilities
- Previous sales experience required; preferably high-end goods or services
- Willingness to learn and adapt to our exciting new fitness philosophy
- Motivation and drive
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Experience and/or certifications in personal training, group training, Spin, and yoga are a plus

Schedule
Evening/Weekends available. Minimum 2-3 shifts/week required. Hours needed are 4:30p-8:30pm M-Th, Saturday 7:30a-12pm, Sunday 8:30a-1:00p.
Pay
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
