Part-Time Float Treatment Coordinator

Multi-location dental group seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator for a part-time float role covering Fridays and Saturdays across our Tampa-area offices. Flexibility and adaptability are key as you rotate between locations.

Responsibilities

• Confidently present treatment plans and discuss financial options
• Explain the value of dental treatment and convert same-day appointments
• Have candid conversations with patients and follow up on unscheduled treatment
• Answer insurance-related questions with confidence
• Maintain impeccable organization across multiple office environments
• Demonstrate flexibility by moving between locations
• Ensure consistent cleanliness, timeliness, and patient experience at every office

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a dental office (Required)
• 2 years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator (Required)
• 3 years of sales experience (Required)
