Part Time Field Service Technician

Job Summary

About the role

Rotating through key duplicating (Minute Key), tag engraving (Quick Tag) kiosks and third-party service (Eco-ATM, Pokemon) in Wichita Falls, TX. Territory includes 40+ kiosks. Hours range from 20 to 30 per week. Pay starts at $20 per hour. Provided company car, cell phone reimbursement, and a corporate gas card for business miles.

Responsibilities

• Re-stock and perform routine service on kiosks as needed.
• Perform on-call repairs or adjustments to the machine when the machine goes out of order.
• New kiosk installations or swaps in the local area.
• Maintain inventory for re-stocking machines.
• Resolve connectivity or power issues for machines.
• Optimize machine locations, uptime, product mix, and store relationships to grow revenue.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Background in electromechanical repair and maintenance (preferred).
• Prior experience in retail merchandising, field operations, and customer service (preferred).
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar profile (preferred).
• Experience with tools and troubleshooting mechanical problems.
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English, including technical jargon.

Qualifications

• Computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent driving record with a valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation with automobile insurance.
• Reliable cell phone (reimbursed).
