Part Time Feeding Assistant/Helper

About the role

Join our dynamic Activities Team! We are hiring for new and existing opportunities in our department. Current openings include Activity Aide (Part-Time, 24–30 hrs./week) and Helper/Feeder Aide (Less than Part-Time/up to Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 visits, small-group activities, and resident engagement.
• Lead or assist with scheduled activities, including supplemental or modified options based on resident needs.
• Facilitate Assisted Living activities.
• Support evening activities and offer individualized engagement for residents who do not participate in group programs.
• Complete documentation of resident participation and evening interactions.
• Support residents during meal times.

Qualifications

• Being teamwork minded, reliable, and respectful is a must.
• Being flexible and able to work different shift times (days, afternoons, and early evenings) is preferred.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, push, or assist residents safely during transport.
