Part-Time Faculty- Engineering

Anne Arundel Community College (AACC) seeks part-time faculty to teach courses in the Engineering Department. Candidates must be able to teach both face-to-face and online. AACC values diversity and encourages applicants who contribute to a broad range of viewpoints and experiences.

About the Role

This position requires regular in-person presence on campus and at alternative locations, depending on class schedule and assigned duties. Work hours are flexible.

Responsibilities

• Assess student progress in meeting learning objectives through formal and informal assessment.
• Meet required deadlines for submitting grades, attendance, and other requested information.
• Adhere to safety procedures and departmental standards.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering is required.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
• Residency in Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, or the District of Columbia is required for eligibility.
