Part-Time Faculty

IVCC is creating a pool of candidates to fill future part-time faculty teaching needs across various disciplines for upcoming semesters.

Qualifications

• Transfer courses: Master’s degree in the subject area, or Master’s degree and 18 graduate credit hours in the subject area. Minimum of two years recent teaching experience at the community college or university level; community college experience preferred.
• Developmental classes: Bachelor’s degree in the subject area.
• Career & Technical: 2,000 hours of work experience and the appropriate recognizable credential depending on the specific field (e.g., bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or other industry credential such as AWS certification).

Working Conditions

Office and lab environments.
