Part-Time Evening Office/Billing Clerk

Melrose Park, IL – Part-time weekday evenings, 4:30 PM–11:00 PM.

Pay

$20.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Check in drivers and review BOLs & PODs
• Review and organize billing paperwork
• Answer phones and respond to emails
• Perform data entry
• Scan and index documents
• Process COD shipments
• Work closely with Dispatch and Operations
• Assist with general office duties

Requirements

• Billing or auditing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Good computer and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Dependable and able to multitask
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
