Responsibilities

• Perform skin analysis to assess client skin conditions and recommend customized regimens.
• Maintain a serene, immaculate, and welcoming treatment room, familiar with LQA and Forbes standards.
• Drive business growth through product recommendations and client retention.

Requirements

• Valid active esthetician license.
• Typically 5+ years of professional hands-on spa experience in a luxury setting.
• Discretion, refined communication, positive attitude, adaptability, empathy, and a polished demeanor.
• Availability for a specialized part-time schedule (weekends, holidays, or select shifts).
