Join a healthcare team supporting patient services in a full-time role with shift flexibility between 3:00 PM and 11:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and managing patient flow to minimize wait times
• Assisting with intake processes and processing walk-in patients
• Verifying insurance benefits and demographic information accurately
• Scheduling appointments and explaining financial responsibilities
• Communicating effectively with patients, insurance companies, and team members
• Handling payments and co-pays

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to work flexible full-time shifts and work well multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18 or older

Preferred Skills

• Experience in data entry or medical office procedures
• Knowledge of medical terminology and emergency department experience (optional)

Pay
