Responsibilities
- Provide academic instruction to at-risk elementary students.
- Teach life skills and facilitate recreational activities.
- Manage student behavior and conduct team-building activities.
- Transport students to and from the program as needed.
- Record keeping, tuition tracking, and fee collection.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, youth ministry, or a related field.
- Experience working with children, especially those from low-income, high-risk families.
- Strong classroom leadership and behavior management skills.
- Organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
- A valid driver’s license and good driving record.

- $20 - $23.50/hour based on education, experience, and language ability.

Pay

Schedule
- Expected hours: 25-28/week during the academic year, 35-40 hours/week in the summer (June 1st-July 31st).
- Hours vary during school breaks and holiday weeks, and some evening or weekend hours are required for special events and other program needs.
