Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in your subject area (English, Social Studies, History, Government, Economics—anything that fuels your passion)
- Patience and empathy to support diverse learners
- A genuine passion to teach and inspire the next generation
- Proficiency in using G-Suite and Learning Management Software (LMS)
- The ability to provide fingerprints (only required for Arizona and Washington state residents) and pass a federal background check
Bonus Qualifications
- Orton Gillingham training
- A teaching certification (though not required)
- An advanced degree in a specific subject area of expertise
- Previous one-to-one teaching experience
