Part -Time Early Childhood Education Onsite Job Coach - Casual

Essential Functions of the Position

• Maintain an environment conducive to learning and working
• Assist daycare staff with student management
• Work collaboratively with facility Director and Managers

Job Requirements

• Illinois Paraprofessional license, substitute teaching license, professional Educator license, or equivalent experience
• Experience assisting with special education students
• Willing and able to meet the needs of students
• Enthusiastic about working with a special needs population
• Willingness to learn and assist in the evolution of this new pilot program

Additional Information

• Training Dates: April 27 - May 20, 2026
• Location: New Trier Childcare Center (Bright Horizons Northfield)
• Days/Times: Mondays and Wednesdays 9:00 AM-1:00 PM
• Pay: $25/hr
