Essential Functions of the Position

The primary role of this position is to assist in maintaining an environment conducive to learning and working.
Assist daycare staff with student management
Work collaboratively with facility Director and Managers

Job Requirements

• Illinois Paraprofessional license, substitute teaching license, professional Educator license, or Certified Behavioral Therapist
• Experience assisting with special education students
• Willing and able to meet the needs of students
• Must be enthusiastic about working with a special needs population
• Willingness to learn and assist in the evolution of this new pilot program

Pay

$25/hr.

State Taxes and Employment Tax

Payroll compliance with state-specific rules applies. Allowable states for out-of-state employment: All employees must maintain their primary residence in Illinois, Indiana, or a reciprocal state with Illinois. Reciprocal states include Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, and Wisconsin. Employees may have their primary residence in Indiana since Indiana is adjacent to Illinois.
