About the Role

Aquent Talent is partnering with a leader in digital commerce to find a detail-oriented professional for a part-time role. You’ll manage, govern, and optimize user-generated content, enhancing quality, compliance, and the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive audits of community content galleries to enhance quality and relevance.
  • Proactively remove outdated or irrelevant content, aligning with curation guidelines.
  • Collaborate with site content teams to define content governance guidelines.
  • Utilize CMS to curate and manage community content.
  • Partner with external vendors to ensure accurate publication and quality standards.
  • Perform daily quality assurance checks on user-generated and vendor-managed content.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for content placements, sources, and hosting specifics.
  • Conduct competitive analyses of user-generated content and creator video experiences.
  • Create and maintain internal documentation, including FAQs and process guides.
  • Organize and restructure internal resources for improved accessibility.
  • Support compliance initiatives for customer feedback and review content.
  • Execute audits to ensure content adheres to moderation and compliance guidelines.
  • Review customer identifiers and assist in removing inappropriate content.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe, high-quality, brand-appropriate customer content experience.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Digital Content Operations, Digital Commerce Content, Content Management, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience with content management systems (CMS).
  • Solid understanding of user-generated content (UGC), content curation, or digital asset management.
  • Proven experience in content audits, quality assurance, or governance initiatives.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience creating documentation, knowledge bases, or internal process guides.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft collaboration tools and Office Suite.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience supporting digital commerce, retail, or consumer-facing digital experiences.
  • Familiarity with customer feedback and review programs or UGC platforms.
  • Experience evaluating digital customer experiences and improving content quality.
  • Background in retail or consumer products.

Pay

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35.00/hr to $37.00/hr, based on factors including education, experience, certifications, and location.
