Part-Time Dietary Manager

We are seeking a Food Service Manager/Dietary Manager to lead daily dining operations in a senior living environment. Key Responsibilities Include Leading, coaching, and developing culinary and dining teams to ensure high-quality resident experiencesFostering a positive culture centered on teamwork, accountability, and resident satisfactionEnsuring safe meal preparation and service while adhering to food safety standards and regulationsManaging staffing, scheduling, training, and performanceMonitoring food, labor, and inventory costs to support financial goalsCollaborating with community leadership to enhance the dining experienceMaintaining sanitation standards and survey readiness Qualifications Include Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credentialMinimum of 2 years leadership experience in food service, healthcare, or senior livingKnowledge of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory complianceStrong leadership, coaching, and communication skillsAbility to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or healthcare diningExperience with budgeting, inventory, labor management, and cost controlsExperience preparing for state surveys and maintaining compliance
