Part Time - Deli Manager

Role Overview: Lead daily retail store operations, ensuring staff training, adequate staffing, and adherence to company standards to meet key performance indicators. Key Responsibilities Manage inventory ordering and maintenance, ensuring product freshness and quality using control procedures.Review and validate received orders for accuracy, condition, and appropriate storage.Supervise team tasks including stocking, production, and handling spoiled/damaged products.Maintain product knowledge, promotional features, and store sales programs.Execute weekly flight plans, manage schedules, labor, overtime, and payroll within company guidelines.Implement company policies, safety, and food safety standards, taking corrective actions when necessary.Develop departmental goals, monitor forecasts, and participate in meetings at various organizational levels.Ensure a clean, attractive, and well-stocked department aligned with “Prime Time” standards.Lead staffing, training, performance management, and career development for team members.Maintain safety and food safety compliance across the store. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED required.Preferred: Two years retail experience, one-year supervisory experience.Strong communication, organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Leadership ability, strategic planning, and retail management system knowledge.Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; bilingual skills (English/Spanish) desirable based on location. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in varied temperature environments.
