Part Time - Deli Manager

Role Overview: This position leads daily department operations in a retail store, ensuring staff training, full staffing, and adherence to company standards to meet performance goals. Key Responsibilities Manage inventory ordering, maintenance, and control to ensure product freshness and quality.Review and verify received orders for accuracy, condition, and proper storage.Lead a team to complete stocking, production, and quality tasks, including handling spoiled/damaged products.Maintain product knowledge, monitor sales features, and ensure execution of weekly plans.Implement policies using designated tools to manage scheduling, labor, and payroll expenses.Develop department goals, forecast performance, and participate in meetings.Ensure cleanliness, safety, and food safety compliance in the department and store.Develop strategies to meet company KPIs and adapt as needed. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred.Supervisory experience is a plus.Strong communication, organizational, decision-making, and leadership skills.Knowledge of retail operations, management systems, and proficiency in MS Office.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks; adaptability to varied store environments.Depending on location, Spanish communication skills are highly desirable.
