Part Time Deli/Bakery Driver

About the role

Responsible for independently preparing, frying, packaging, displaying, and stocking deli and bakery products to contribute to store profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce bakery/deli items according to plans
• Package, label, and merchandise products to meet expectations
• Stock backroom with fresh products, rotating and dating items
• Collaborate with other departments to support store growth
• Notify management of supply needs
• Follow safety, food safety, PPE, and guest experience guidelines
• Assist with tasks in other departments as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• At least one year of retail or related experience preferred
• Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills
• Basic math proficiency
• Detail-oriented

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally. Must stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and turn for extended periods. Work environment includes varied temperatures and possible exposure to outside weather and moderate noise levels. Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.
