Part Time Deli Associate

Role Overview: This position involves preparing, packaging, and displaying deli and bakery products, ensuring quality, safety, and guest satisfaction. The associate works independently to meet production plans, merchandise items, and maintain backroom stock, while collaborating with other departments to support store growth. Responsibilities Prepare, package, label, and merchandise bakery and deli productsStock backroom with fresh products, rotating and dating itemsCommunicate with team members about tasks, recipes, and cleaning proceduresFollow safety, food safety, PPE, and guest experience guidelinesAssist with tasks in other departments as neededNotify management about supplies and product needs Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED preferredOne year of retail or related experience preferredBasic math skills and ability to read and interpret documentsDetail-oriented with good communication skills Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in varied temperatures within a retail environment.
