Responsibilities
- Represent CXI in the community with a positive and professional attitude
- Provide high-quality customer service in high tourist attractive areas (malls and airports)
- Work independently and handle cash transactions with high degree of accuracy
- Work weekends and holidays as required
- Work some weekdays (ideally Monday/Thursday) as required
Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to work independently
- Basic computer knowledge
- Problem-solving capabilities
- Strong customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong listening and verbal communication skills
- Cash handling skills with high degree of accuracy
