Part-Time Customer Service Teller (Woodbury Commons)
About the role
Currency Exchange International (CXI) is seeking a Part-Time Teller to join their team at The Woodbury Common Premium Outlets branch in Woodbury, NY. This position represents CXI in high tourist areas such as malls and airports.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service and maintain a positive attitude
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
- Represent CXI in a professional manner
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Perform other duties as assigned

Pay
Compensation details are confidential and will be provided upon interview.
Schedule
Approximately 15-25 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays required. Additional weekday availability is a plus.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
