Part-Time Customer Service Specialist
About the role
As a Part-Time Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first friendly person that greets clients and assists them with their banking needs. This role offers great insight into the world of banking, insurance, and wealth management to build a foundation for a career in financial services.
Responsibilities
- Work face-to-face with clients in a branch location
- Manage a cash drawer
- Assist clients and team members
- Uncover client needs and educate them on German American products and services
- Verify account information and perform loan and deposit transactions
- Guide clients when they are unsure of next steps through friendly, meaningful conversations
- Maintain confidentiality
- Listen closely to understand and identify opportunities to better serve the customer
- Build and strengthen long-lasting client relationships
Requirements
- Bilingual/multilingual (a plus)
- Customer service experience (a plus)
- Cash-handling experience (a plus)
