Part-Time Customer Service Specialist
About the role
This part-time role offers flexible scheduling with shifts available Monday–Thursday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Fridays between 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. Saturday availability is required. Hours will vary week to week, with the opportunity for additional hours during the summer months—making this a great fit for someone looking to gain experience while balancing other commitments.
Responsibilities
- Work face-to-face with clients in the branch location
- Manage a cash drawer
- Absorb and educate clients on German American products and services
- Verify account information and perform loan and deposit transactions
- Guide clients when they are unsure about what to do next
- Uncover client needs and build long-lasting relationships
