As a Customer Service Representative at Raymour and Flanigan, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the customer shopping experience. Your responsibilities include assisting customers with scheduling deliveries, managing payments, and addressing their questions and concerns.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with scheduling deliveries and managing payments
• Bridge the gap between the dream and the reality of customers' purchases
• Work independently and on a small team to improve the customer shopping experience
• Resolve escalated customer issues proactively
• Support the sales and operations team by advocating for customer concerns and requests
• Work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and events

Requirements
