About the role
Hertz is seeking a part-time Customer Service Exit Gate to join their team. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, completing rental information, providing sales items, maintaining security, assisting with directions, and resolving issues.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and complete necessary rental information
- Provide optional sales items and obtain customer signatures
- Maintain location and company security measures
- Aid customers with directions and resolve rental contract and vehicle issues
- Manually log and release vehicles during system outages or unavailability
Requirements
- Detail-oriented with strong customer service skills
- Ability to manage stressful situations and maintain good customer relations
- Good organizational skills and clear communication
- Knowledge of car rental products and sales techniques
- Ability to type and perform accurate data entry
- Basic understanding of computer and security equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 9 to 12 months car rental or sales experience preferred

Pay
Hourly Rate: $22.93 + Commission
