Responsibilities
- Greet customers and complete rental information
- Provide optional sales items and assist with signing rental agreements
- Maintain security measures and monitor the lot
- Aid customers with directions and resolve rental contract and vehicle issues
- Log and release vehicles manually during system outages
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Good organizational skills and ability to write clearly and concisely
- Ability to manage stressful situations and maintain good customer relations
- Understand and follow oral and written directions
- Car rental product knowledge and effective sales techniques
- Ability to type and perform accurate data entry
- Operate radio, security, and computer equipment

Pay
Hourly Rate: $18.50 + Commission. On Target Earning potential of up to 12% with bonus plans up to 12%.
