Hertz is seeking a Part Time Customer Service Exit Gate to join their team. Responsibilities include greeting customers, completing rental information, providing sales items, maintaining security, assisting with directions, resolving issues, and performing related responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and complete rental information
• Provide optional sales items and assist with signing rental agreements
• Maintain security measures and monitor the lot
• Aid customers with directions and resolve rental contract and vehicle issues
• Log and release vehicles manually during system outages

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Good organizational skills and ability to write clearly and concisely
• Ability to manage stressful situations and maintain good customer relations
• Understand and follow oral and written directions
• Car rental product knowledge and effective sales techniques
• Ability to type and perform accurate data entry
• Operate radio, security, and computer equipment

Pay

Hourly Rate: $18.50 + Commission. On Target Earning potential of up to 12% with bonus plans up to 12%.
