Part-time Concessions Cook in Training

About the role

Assist with menu preparation, inventory management, equipment cleaning, and staff training for a concessions stand/kiosk. Perform duties required to deliver the concessions menu while adhering to management and health guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing the menu for the stand/kiosk
• Inventory and prepare products according to management and health guidelines
• Clean equipment and cooking area
• Assist with training staff
• Perform duties to accomplish delivery of the concessions menu
• Learn and perform basic cooking tasks

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to walk, reach, stand, bend, and stoop for long periods
• Ability to climb stairs as needed
• Must be able to read and write English
• Good basic math skills and familiarity with computer operation
• Ability to work in a mentally and physically demanding environment
• Must pass a criminal background check

Schedule

• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must report to work by 4:30 PM on weekdays
• Must have 75% overall availability for events each month

Pay

$11.00 per hour plus tips.
