Part-time Concessions Attendant

About the role

Apart from operating attractions like The Spider Jump and supporting movie nights, you'll also assist with customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. You'll greet guests with a smile and ensure the concessions area is clean, well-stocked, and ready for action.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Prepare and serve food and drinks at concession stands or beverage carts.
• Accurately process transactions.
• Assist with customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously.
• Keep concessions area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as wiping counters, sanitizing equipment, and disposing of trash.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Operate attractions and support other entertainment activities.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly attitude.
• Ability to handle fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, knowledge of basic math skills for handling transactions, strong time management skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow procedures and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate event schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or concessions is a plus but not required.
