Part-Time Community Associate

25 hours / week. Schedule: 8:30am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday. Please only apply if you can work this schedule.

About the role

As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, helping to create and maintain your own community within your center. You’ll take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers so that they can focus on running their business.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the center before opening and ensure cleanliness standards are met
• Assist customers with requests such as Wi-Fi code changes, package receipts, meeting room directions, and equipment setup (e.g., projectors)
• Manage service charges to ensure accurate invoicing
• Sort and distribute mail to customers
• Handle customer requests for printing, invoices, and environmental adjustments (e.g., temperature in team rooms)
• Organize and promote networking events, including drafting invitations, printing posters, and placing them around the center
• Engage with prospects interested in joining the IWG community
• Ensure meeting rooms are vacated and tidy at the end of the day

About You

• Strong multitasking skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships and empathize with customer needs
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and ownership of issues
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the country of application and at least 18 years old
