Part-time Community Associate

The opportunity

You work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, helping to create and maintain your own community within your center. Your responsibilities include:

• Taking care of administrative and support needs for your customers
• Ensuring all services are properly charged for accurate invoices
• Helping customers with various requests such as changing WiFi codes, setting up meeting rooms, and handling packages
• Managing the organization of networking events and creating promotional materials
• Directing customers to nearby amenities and ensuring the center is tidy at the end of the day

About you

• Able to manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service
• A good communicator with strong relationship-building and empathy skills (ideally 1+ years of customer service experience)
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations
• Proficient in using MS Office and other basic IT equipment
• Likely to be legally eligible to work in the country you are applying to and at least 18 years old
