Part-Time Community Associate
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content.
We need to parse the posting.
Given text:
Hours per week: 20
Work Location - On Site (Not a Remote Position): 19 W College Avenue Suite 350 19067 Yardley Pennsylvania, United States of America
Then description: "The world of work is changing..." etc.
Then "The opportunity As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely..." etc.
Then "A typical day at IWG" with narrative.
Then "About You" bullet list.
Then "What We Offer" list.
We need to produce sections: maybe About the role (description), Responsibilities (the typical day narrative), Requirements/Qualifications/Skills (About You), Benefits (What We Offer), Pay (hourly rate $19.67), Schedule (Hours per week: 20). Also maybe location? Not required heading.
We must not repeat job title as heading (the page already shows it). No Job ID.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO statement (the last paragraph about qualified applicants). Remove that.
We must not include navigation/legal etc.
We must preserve all substantive info.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose.
We need to decide which content is list vs prose.
The "About You" bullet list: items separated by line breaks? It's a paragraph with items separated by commas? Actually: "You also need to be: A good communicator, with the ability to build strong professional relationships and empathize with people’s needs (Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience)Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve themPositive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situationsExperience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipmentLegally eligible to work in the Country you are applying within and at least 18 years old"
That's a run-on list; we can split into
- items.
Similarly "What We Offer" list: bullet points after colon: "Work life balance (no standard nights/weekends)Generous paid time off plans (sick and vacation)11 Paid Company Holidays per calendar year (in addition to your PTO accrual)Competitive 401K Program, with a Company matchAffordable and comprehensive health care for all full-time team members (and some plan options for part-timers as well)A quarterly bonus plan program, plus an hourly rate of $19.67A bright and inspiring work environmentTraining and development opportunities aligned with great career path opportunitiesA professional workplace community (business casual attire required)"
We need to split into items.
Also "Hours per week: 20" and location maybe as a short
.
We need to include Pay section: hourly rate $19.67. Could be part of Benefits? But we have a separate Pay section if posting actually states them. It does state hourly rate $19.67. So we should create a Pay section with that info.
Schedule: Hours per week: 20. So Schedule section.
Location maybe not required heading; we can put in a short
at top.
We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. Not present.
We need to avoid repeating job title.
We need to output only HTML fragment.
Let's craft:
Hours per week: 20
Work Location - On Site (Not a Remote Position): 19 W College Avenue Suite 350 19067 Yardley Pennsylvania, United States of America
Then About the role
with prose: The world of work is changing... up to "Join us and help us bring more freedom to people and businesses, while expanding our network. You’ll be able to enjoy a great work life balance and competitive benefits, while growing your career path along the way."
Then Responsibilities
with prose: The opportunity As a Community Associate... plus the typical day narrative. Could combine as prose.
Better to put the opportunity paragraph as prose, then the typical day narrative as prose (maybe still same section). We'll just put all that as .
Then
Requirements
with - items from About You.
We could also have Skills section separate but we can combine.
We need to follow instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can choose which to include.
We have Requirements (About You). Could also have Skills (maybe MS Office etc). But we can put those under Requirements.
We have Benefits (What We Offer). Pay (hourly rate). Schedule (Hours per week). We'll include those.
We must not create sections with filler.
Now craft HTML.
We need to ensure we close tags.
Let's list items for About You:
- A good communicator, with the ability to build strong professional relationships and empathize with people’s needs (Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience)
- Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them
- Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situations
- Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment
- Legally eligible to work in the Country you are applying within and at least 18 years old
Now Benefits items:
- Work life balance (no standard nights/weekends)
- Generous paid time off plans (sick and vacation)
- 11 Paid Company Holidays per calendar year (in addition to your PTO accrual)
- Competitive 401K Program, with a Company match
- Affordable and comprehensive health care for all full-time team members (and some plan options for part-timers as well)
- A quarterly bonus plan program
- Hourly rate of $19.67 (but we will put hourly rate in Pay section, maybe still include? Better to move hourly rate to Pay section, not duplicate. So Benefits list excludes hourly rate.)
- A bright and inspiring work environment
- Training and development opportunities aligned with great career path opportunities
- A professional workplace community (business casual attire required)
Now Pay section: Hourly rate: $19.67.
Schedule: Hours per week: 20.
Now we need to ensure we don't include EEO statement.
Now produce HTML.

About the role
The world of work is changing…short commutes, flexibility, and convenience are the minimum standards employees want when it comes to how they want to work! At IWG, we are leading the way. We’ve built the world’s largest workspace network so that our customers can work from wherever, and however, they want… in over 120 countries across the globe! Join us and help us bring more freedom to people and businesses, while expanding our network. You’ll be able to enjoy a great work life balance and competitive benefits, while growing your career path along the way.
Responsibilities
As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, working to create and maintain your own community within your center, where you will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers…so that your customers can focus on running their business.
A typical day at IWG: You arrive a few minutes before your center opens to make sure everything is ready and check there’s nothing the cleaners have missed. Customers arrive all throughout the morning. One asks you for a changed Wi-Fi code. Another wants to know if his important package has arrived. A woman needs directions to her meeting room… and can you help her set up the projector and show her where to find a great cup of coffee? You’re off to help her get set-up, as soon as you connect the incoming call to another customer. You make sure that all of the services are properly charged, so that invoices are accurate. It’s time for a quick coffee break. Relax and enjoy a few minutes to yourself. The mail arrives. You sort through it while dealing with a whole host of other customer requests, remembering to email the customer from earlier to let him know his package is waiting for him in his mailbox. And that’s lunch! A new wave of customers arrive throughout the afternoon. You help a customer with printing and another with their invoice. A customer in a team room says it’s too hot in their office, no problem you are on it and open a ticket in our service portal. You’ve earned yourself another breather. Relax and enjoy a few minutes to yourself. Early afternoon, you sit down to organize next week’s networking event in your center - your City Manager is just a phone call / email away, if you need any guidance or assistance. You plan and write the e-invites to customers, then create, print and put-up posters on the noticeboards around the center. To your excitement, the next person to enter the center is a prospect (someone interested in joining the IWG community), so you share a few details about what makes this space so amazing for your customers and encourage them to join the network soon so they can participate in next week’s networking event - then you head back to finish putting up your posters. The day is coming to a close. Time to gently ask the large group in meeting room 3 to start wrapping up. You direct them to the nice restaurant you know around the corner, so they can grab a bite and continue their discussion. You ensure everything’s nice and tidy, it’s time to head home.
