Part-Time Community Associate
paragraphs). Also include bullet list for responsibilities? The description is prose; we can keep as paragraphs. We need to include bullet list for duties/requirements/benefits where appropriate. For "About You" we have bullet list of qualities; we can put as
- . For "What We Offer" we have bullet list of benefits; also hourly rate mentioned within that list? It says "A quarterly bonus plan program, plus an hourly rate of $17.00". Could be separate bullet.
We need to avoid repeating job title. No headings for Job ID etc.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's craft:
About the role

But maybe "About the role" should contain description of role? Could also have separate "Responsibilities". The typical day description is responsibilities. Let's split:About the role

Responsibilities
The opportunity As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, working to create and maintain your own community within your center, where you will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers…so that your customers can focus on running their business.
A typical day at IWG You arrive a few minutes before your center opens to make sure everything is ready and check there’s nothing the cleaners have missed. Customers arrive all throughout the morning. One asks you for a changed Wi-Fi code. Another wants to know if his important package has arrived. A woman needs directions to her meeting room… and can you help her set up the projector and show her where to find a great cup of coffee? You’re off to help her get set-up, as soon as you connect the incoming call to another customer. You make sure that all of the services are properly charged, so that invoices are accurate. It’s time for a quick coffee break. Relax and enjoy a few minutes to yourself. The mail arrives. You sort through it while dealing with a whole host of other customer requests, remembering to email the customer from earlier to let him know his package is waiting for him in his mailbox. And that’s lunch! A new wave of customers arrive throughout the afternoon. You help a customer with printing and another with their invoice. A customer in a team room says it’s too hot in their office, no problem you are on it and open a ticket in our service portal. You’ve earned yourself another breather. Relax and enjoy a few minutes to yourself. Early afternoon, you sit down to organize next week’s networking event in your center - your City Manager is just a phone call / email away, if you need any guidance or assistance. You plan and write the e-invites to customers, then create, print and put-up posters on the noticeboards around the center. To your excitement, the next person to enter the center is a prospect (someone interested in joining the IWG community), so you share a few details about what makes this space so amazing for your customers and encourage them to join the network soon so they can participate in next week’s networking event - then you head back to finish putting up your posters. The day is coming to a close. Time to gently ask the large group in meeting room 3 to start wrapping up. You direct them to the nice restaurant you know around the corner, so they can grab a bite and continue their discussion. You ensure everything’s nice and tidy, it’s time to head home.
But we have duplicated sentences? The first paragraph after "The opportunity" is basically same as earlier? Actually the posting includes "The opportunity As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely..." then "A typical day at IWG". We need to preserve all substantive info; we can keep both. Now Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: "About You" bullet list. We can put underRequirements
orQualifications
. Use one heading. Let's useRequirements
with- .
Content: "We’re looking for someone who knows how to manage multiple tasks while providing customers with the best possible service. You also need to be: A good communicator, with the ability to build strong professional relationships and empathize with people’s needs (Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience)Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve themPositive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situationsExperience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipmentLegally eligible to work in the Country you are applying within and at least 18 years old"
We need to split into list items. Could be each bullet separated by line breaks. We'll create
- for each.
Now Benefits and Pay: "What We Offer" includes list. Also hourly rate $17.00. Also mention "competitive total compensation package". We'll create
Benefits
with- . Also maybe
Pay
for hourly rate. But instructions: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Pay and Benefits into one Benefits section, but they said include Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does state hourly rate $17.00. Could create separate Pay section. However they said prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Might be better to have Benefits section that includes pay as a bullet. But they said "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It's okay to have Benefits section that includes pay bullet. But they also have Schedule section for hours per week. We already have hours per week in About the role; maybe we should create Schedule section. But they said prefer few sections; we could put schedule in About the role paragraph. However they said use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits (including pay). Schedule maybe not needed if we already included hours per week in About the role. But they said include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. Hours per week is specific; we could make Schedule section. But then we would have many thin sections. Let's see: we have About the role (intro), Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits (including pay), Schedule (hours). That's 5 sections. Might be okay. But we need to avoid filler. Schedule section would just have "Hours per week: 25". That's substantive. Let's do:About the role
