Part-Time Community Associate

About the role

As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. You will handle all administrative and support needs for your customers, allowing them to focus on running their business.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple tasks while providing top-tier customer service
• Assist customers with administrative needs such as WiFi access, package handling, meeting room setup, and technical support (e.g., projectors, printing, invoicing)
• Ensure services are properly charged for accurate invoicing
• Address customer concerns (e.g., temperature control, facility issues) and escalate via the service portal as needed
• Organize and promote center events, including drafting e-invites and creating promotional materials
• Engage with prospects to highlight the benefits of the IWG community and encourage membership
• Maintain center operations, including opening/closing procedures, tidiness, and customer coordination

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service experience (ideal but not mandatory)
• Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and adaptability in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years old
