As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across diverse industries to create and maintain a thriving community within your center. You’ll handle administrative and support needs so customers can focus on running their businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Arrive early to prepare the center for opening, ensuring everything is ready for customers.
  • Assist customers with a variety of requests, such as Wi-Fi access, package deliveries, meeting room setup (including projectors), and directions.
  • Manage incoming calls and connect customers to the appropriate services.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing by properly charging for all services.
  • Sort and distribute mail while handling multiple customer requests.
  • Address customer concerns, such as temperature control in team rooms, by opening service tickets.
  • Organize and promote networking events, including creating e-invites, posters, and notices for the center.
  • Engage with prospects interested in joining the IWG community and encourage participation in events.
  • Assist with printing, invoicing, and other administrative tasks throughout the day.
  • Close the center by ensuring all spaces are tidy and politely wrapping up meetings.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships.
  • Empathy and a customer-focused mindset (ideally 1+ years of customer service experience).
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive, adaptable attitude.
  • Experience and confidence using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
  • Legally eligible to work in the country of application and at least 18 years old.
